The luxurious Excellence Class is not included in the Swiss Travel Pass. This exclusive category offers a guaranteed window seat, five-course gourmet lunch with wine pairings, concierge service, welcome drinks, and access to the private Glacier Bar. To enjoy it, you’ll need to book the full CHF 470 package, regardless of pass type.

Our services include personal recommendations for accommodations, restaurants, transportation, and experiences across Switzerland. We do not act as a tour operator or travel agency and do not sell package tours or travel products. 2. No Liability for Third-Party Services YSC Travel provides recommendations and curated information based on publicly available data and client preferences. Bookings made with third-party providers (e.g. hotels, restaurants, transport companies) are the responsibility of the customer. YSC Travel is not liable for any damages, delays, cancellations, or dissatisfaction resulting from third-party services. 3. Client Responsibility The client is responsible for verifying all bookings, details, and legal entry or health requirements for their stay in Switzerland. YSC Travel offers support and guidance but does not guarantee the availability or suitability of third-party services. 4. Prices and Payment All prices quoted for concierge services are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude any external booking fees. Invoices for personalized services must be paid before delivery unless otherwise agreed. YSC Travel does not handle payments for third-party bookings. 5. Cancellation Policy If you cancel your concierge request after confirmation, a cancellation fee of up to 50% may apply depending on the progress of the itinerary. No refunds are granted after the delivery of the final itinerary. 6. Intellectual Property All content provided by YSC Travel – including itineraries, descriptions, and recommendations – is protected by copyright and may not be copied, shared, or sold without written permission. 7.
